It is the mission of the East Umatilla County Ambulance Area Health District (EUCAAHD) to provide the highest quality Advanced Life Support care in a timely manner while maintaining public trust through sound financial practices and accountability to those citizens we serve.
Founded in 1988, East Umatilla County Ambulance Area Health District (EUCAAHD)—also known as Medic 400—is composed of a Board of Directors and a very dedicated staff of full-time, part-time, and volunteer emergency responders. The Health District responds to approximately 400 calls for service per year and serves an area approximately 450 square miles as outlined in the Umatilla County ASA 5 plan.

East Umatilla Fire & Rescue is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, East Umatilla Fire & Rescue
